What Jini keeps

• The resume files and job postings you give it, what it extracted from them, and the drafts and exports it made for you.
• Your email address, if you sign in. There are no passwords; you sign in with a code sent to that address, or with Google or Apple.
• A record of your subscription, if you have one. Payments are handled by Stripe or by Apple; Jini never sees or stores a card number.

Who else processes it

To check and rewrite a resume, its text is sent to an AI model run by Anthropic. Jini asks your permission before the first upload and makes no model call without it. Anthropic does not train on it and keeps it for up to 30 days under its API terms. If another provider is ever used, this page will name it first.

How long

• Work you do without signing in is deleted 72 hours after you started.
• Work in an account stays until you delete it or the account.
• When you delete your account, your resumes, drafts, and exports can no longer be opened from that moment, and are physically deleted by a cleanup that normally finishes within a day. A Stripe subscription is canceled at the same time.
• Subscription records are financial records. They are kept for seven years, tied to an account id that no longer signs in anywhere, with no resume content.

What Jini does not do

• It does not sell your data or show you advertising.
• It does not write your resume text, your address, or your sign-in codes into its logs.
